Seamus Egan

Seamus Egan is a master musician accomplished on a variety of instruments including tenor banjo, guitar, mandolin, Irish flute, tin whistle, and low whistle. By the time he was 14 Seamus had already won the All-Ireland Fleadh Championship on four different instruments. He has learned under and performed with fellow Michael A. Flanagan Traditional Irish Music Banjo Award winner Mick Moloney. Since 1994 Seamus’ band Solas has been at the forefront of Irish-American music.
